You may be able to find the BOOK cheaper at other websites; but I give sausagemaker.com company TWO THUMBS UP for their products and Customer Service!. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars buying spices, sausage casings, equipment and 'stuff' from them and have never been disappointed.
Now; IN THE BOOK:
There is a section specifically about SMOKING MEATS. It has some very important information in there you definatley should read before venturing into the art!
Other chapters in the book are interesting STOOL READING... the guy (RIP) was a genius!
