1/4 Cup Cream Cheese (This can come from WI)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Chopped Artichoke Hearts
1 Tablespoon Minced Red Onion
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
Freshly Ground White Pepper, To Taste
Pinch Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sherry (No sampling on the side)
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (This can come from WI also)
2 Teaspoons Diced Green Onion
2 Teaspoons Diced Red Pepper
2 Teaspoons Diced Celery
1 Teaspoon Minced Flat-Leaft Parsley, plus more to Garnish
6 Ounces Fresh Pacific Northwest Dungeness Crab Meat
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Chesse for Topping
Bread, Crostini or Pita Wedges
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Whisk cream chesse in a mixing bowl until smooth
Stir in mayonnaise
Fold in remaining ingredients, except Crab Meat and mis well
Add Crab Meat and fold gently
Place misture in an oven proof serving dish (2 cup capacity) and top with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan Chesse
Bake for about 8 minutes, or until chesse is melted and beginning to brown on top
If the chesse does not brown on top, quickly broil, but take care to not over cook as the mixture will begain to seperate
Place dish on serving platter with Bread, Crostini or Pita Wedges
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immmediatly
